Effort

I believe in putting effort into the things that matter. (Spoiler: it all matters.) There’s no point in taking on a project in which you’re not invested in the outcome. Even the tiniest of details deserve meticulous attention.

Grace

I believe the way you present yourself is the way you are. And so I aim to show up with grace, I strive to lead with kindness, and I seek to understand perspectives different than my own.

Balance

I like this word for its many meanings: fair-mindedness, what’s left after the rest has been dealt with – an even distribution. I believe seeking balance in the micro is our best chance of finding it in the macro.
